I'd of thought Ghost and Fire, it reminds me of Haunter with the large face and hands
That's a sweet effect of for the form of fire, plus the look of the eyes gives it a menacing impression, I wouldn't be surprised if it's ability could also be Flame Body or Intimidate

Nice drawing! I wouldn't bother with the moveset and stuff, though. It's hard to write one that looks both good and in place... stick to the drawing, because that's great.
